Pencil Drafts

I sketched out the design that I wanted my magazine pages to follow, i used pencil and colouring pencils so that I could hint at what colour scheme my product would follow. I constructed 3 pencil drawn pages that did not give specific sell lines so that i had a plan to follow and base my final products on. As you can see my pencil drafts differ from my final project, for example i decided not to use a brick wall as my background as it would detract the readers attention from the models face. Additionally the layout of the contents page and the double page spread differ because as i started to construct my magazine, i relaised certain featres would not adapt such as the amount of written page on my double page spread would not fit around the polaroid pictures i wanted in the middle.
